| I. Background | |

TL1A 又称 TNFSF15，是 TNF 超家族的成员，在单核细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、 T 细胞等免疫细胞和非免疫细胞（如滑膜成纤维细胞、内皮细胞）中均有表达。TL1A 是一 种 Ⅱ 型跨膜蛋白，通过与 TNF 同源结构域 (THD) 相互作用自组装成稳定的三聚体。它主 要以膜结合形式表达，并形成稳定的三聚体。可溶性 TL1A (sTL1A) 是通过可变剪接或 TNF-α转换酶 (TACE) 裂解产生的。
TL1A 竞争性地与死亡受体 3（DR3）或诱饵受体 3（DcR3）结合，为下游信号通路提 供刺激信号，进而调控效应细胞的增殖、活化、凋亡及细胞因子、趋化因子的产生。 |
