I. Background
FGFR2b has three structured domains: extracellular, transmembrane, and cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase. The extracellular domain is an immunoglobulin-like structure with three immunoglobulin (Ig) homology loops (I, II, III), which determines the ligand-binding specificity. The transmembrane domain of FGFR2b anchors the receptor with the cell membrane. The intracellular domain of receptors displays tyrosine kinase activity, phosphorylating the downstream targets and initiating intracellular signaling
 
II. Introduction
Expressed gene: FGFR2b
Stability: 32 passages (in-house test, that not means the cell line will be instable beyond the passages we tested.)
Freeze Medium: 90% FBS+10% DMSO
Culture Medium: DMEM+10%FBS+100ug/ml hygromycin+2ug/ml puromycin
Mycoplasma Testing: Negative
Storage: Liquid nitrogen
Application(s): Functional(Report Gene) Assay
