I. Background | |
Toll 样受体(TLR)是一种模式识别受体(PRR),高度保守,可识别各种类型的微 生物病原体相关模式分子(PAMP)。在人类中发现了 10 个 Toll 样受体家族(TLR1-10) 成员,在小鼠中发现了 12 个成员(TLR1-9、TLR11 and TLR13)。TLR1、TLR2、TLR4、 TLR5 和 TLR6 分布在细胞膜表面;TLR3、TLR7、TLR8、TLR9 和 TLR10 分布在细胞内 涵体膜表面(TLR3 识别 dsRNA,TLR9 识别 dsDNA)。TLRs 下游信号的激活主要依赖于 两类转录因子:NF-κB 和干扰调节因子(IRFs),它们主要诱导促炎细胞因子和 I 型干扰 素(IFN)的产生。 |
